Choosing your wedding wine should feel personal, not overwhelming

For many couples, choosing wedding wine can feel unexpectedly daunting. There are unfamiliar labels, countless options and the quiet pressure to “get it right” for everyone. But choosing your wedding wines doesn’t need to be complicated and it certainly shouldn’t be stressful.

In fact, it can become one of the most enjoyable and meaningful moments of your wedding planning.

Great wine extends beyond the glass, it’s about the people who make it, the land it comes from and the moments it’s shared in. When wine is chosen with care, it becomes part of the story of your day.

My role is to guide couples through that process. I take the time to understand your tastes, your menu, your venue, your plans for the wedding celebrations and the atmosphere you want to create, before carefully helping you select wines that feel right for you. There’s no jargon, no pressure and no expectation to already know about wine,  just thoughtful, expert guidance designed to make the experience enjoyable.

One of the greatest joys of my work is guiding couples through tastings and watching them discover a wine that genuinely excites them. That moment when something clicks, when a wine feels right, is always special. Selecting the wine for your wedding is all about finding wines that reflect your celebration and feel personal to your story.

I work exclusively with independent vineyards across France, many of them family-run estates with a deep respect for sustainability, craftsmanship and heritage. These are producers who care deeply about quality, not mass production…they produce wines with character, integrity and a real sense of place. You won’t find mass-produced or generic “shelf filler” wines here, only bottles chosen for their integrity and the care behind them.

Equally important is the wine tasting experience itself. I believe your wine tasting should feel relaxed, enjoyable and entirely personal. I see it as a calm, memorable pause in the midst of wedding planning. From understanding your preferences to personally delivering your wines to your venue, every step is designed to give you confidence and reassurance.

Above all, my role is to support you. To simplify choices, offer expert guidance without pressure, and help you select wines that you’ll enjoy and wines that make your wedding day feel even more special, not just for you, but for everyone raising a glass with you.
